Chapter 6: Memories

Phineas and Ferb does not belong to me

Perry shrugs, “Most likely. She has trouble remembering things. But she normally hides that file in our lair!”
The intern pauses and zooms in on the footage. He scans the intruder’s face for a match in the O.W.C.A. database. “Douglas Worthington? What’s he doing in Danville?”

Perry looks over at Carl, “You know him?”

Candace runs up to her room to get ready for dress shopping with her mom and Jeremy’s. She just needs to put her information file back in the O.W.C.A. lair she shares with her partner, Perry. Speaking of Perry, he’s pacing back and forth in her room, looking worried. “Perry?”

“Candace, where did you hide your information file?” The question is so abrupt, so to the point that she only stutters for a moment. “I asked, where did you hide your information file!” Perry grabs her hand.

“Un- Under my mattress. Bu- But I was in a hurry, and I just came up to put it away…” Her voice breaks off as Perry lifts up her mattress to reveal, absolutely nothing. “Please tell me you put it away and you’re going to lecture me about keeping my information safe?”
Perry shakes his head and points to Candace’s wrist communicator. She turns it on, and watches the zoomed in footage of her bedroom window. “Somebody stole it, Candace. Somebody named Douglas Worthington.” Candace gasps.

“He was an exchange student in all of my classes in my last year of high-school!” Candace thought back. Doug was very athletic, and he was good at math and science. He was tall, with a smooth dark complexion and black hair and eyes. He had beat up Jeremy to try and win Candace’s affection. His plan had backfired, and he was sent back to his own country. “What was he doing in my room?”

Perry sighs, “He seems to be working for Zon Joshsyn, a powerful enemy of the O.W.C.A.”
